St. John’s Preschool was established in downtown Kirkland in 1974 and has been in operation ever since. Our main goal is to make preschool a “fun” experience for children so that when they are older, they will remember school as a fun and positive place to be. Your child will learn many things while they are with us, although we don’t consider ourselves an "academic" preschool. When asked to describe our school we often say, “We don’t take ourselves too seriously”. We pride ourselves on our family atmosphere where we feel we take care of the whole family, parents and siblings as well as the students.

St. John’s is a ministry of St. John's Episcopal Church and is a Christian preschool. We accept children of all faith backgrounds to our school.ter

UPCOMING EVENTS

Registration for 2013-2014 - During the month of January until February 8th current and alumni families as well as St. John’s church members will register their children for the 2013-2014 school year.

1. For new families -Beginning Thursday January 3rd call for a visit of the preschool.  Visits begin at 9:30 and 10:00 am for the morning classes and 1:00 pm for the afternoon classes.  Visits last between 20-30 minutes.  You may bring your child(ren) with you on your visit.  Please try and be prompt for your visitation.  If you are running late you’ll just have to join the group as it’s difficult to catch you up during the tour.  Thanks for understanding. After you visit, if you’d like you may register.  Please print a registration form.
