John’s begins contacting current families to confirm whether
they have registered for next school year.

applications due. (For current, alumni, church member families, as
well as new applicants.)

John’s mails letters to all applicants confirming admission

Monday, March 1, 2010 - $ 80 (non-refundable) registration

We will begin the registration process for the 2010 -
2011 school year on Monday, January 4, 2010. Applications are due no
later than Wednesday, February 10, 2010. Between Wednesday, February 3, 2010
and Wednesday, February 10, 2010, we will check with our current families
to make sure they have registered for next year. On Wednesday, February
10, 2010, we will begin to fill classes based on the applications we
have received. If we have more applicants than we have room, we will
draw names. Letters will be mailed to all applicants on Friday, February 12, 2010 to communicate admission status. Those who will be joining
us in the fall are requested to return a $ 80 (non-refundable) registration fee by Monday,
March 1, 2010. September's tuition and school fees (non-refundable) are due by June 1, 2010.
Schedule a Tour
Beginning Monday, January 4, 2010, prospective families may call to
schedule a tour of the school. Tours begin at 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM for
morning classes, and 1:00 PM for afternoon classes and last 20 to 30
minutes. Children are welcome to participate. Please try to be prompt.
If you are running late, please join the group on tour. We will fill-in
any information you missed at the end of the tour. Thank you for your
cooperation, it is difficult to catch you up during the tour.
Submit a Registration Form
After your school tour, you may submit a registration form. You can download a copy from the website or request a hardcopy after the tour. You will need to submit the registration form by mail or in person. Please print, complete and mail this form to:

any time until end of the day on Wednesday, February 10, 2010. If you are
a new applicant, please do not pay the registration fee until we confirm
your admission. You may call 425-822-5079 for further registration assistance.
Admission Notification
Between Wednesday, February 3, and Wednesday, February 10, 2010, we will check
with our current families to make sure they have registered for next
year. On Wednesday, February 10, 2010, we will begin to fill classes based

list. There is usually some movement on the rosters, but the number of
openings varies from year to year.

fee by Monday, March 1, 2010. September's tuition and the year's fees (non-refundable) are both due by June 1, 2010.

All families currently enrolled will receive an application form the week of January 12th. If you need another just stop by the office or print off a form from the website under Parent Resources.
You may submit
your completed registration form any time until end of the day on Wednesday,
February 10, 2010.
Admission Notification
All current, alumni, and church member families are guaranteed a position
in the preschool. If your child is not placed in your first choice class,
they will be placed in your second choice. If you currently have children
enrolled in the preschool, you will be notified in the March parent
letter packet of your child’s class day and time for the next
school year.

Admissions Criteria
No preference is given to prospective families who visit earlier vs.
those who visit later. All new applicants who have taken a school tour
and turned in their registration before the end of the day on Wednesday,
February 10, 2010, are considered equally.
Age Requirements
Please check age requirements of
a class before registering. Some allowances are made.
Teacher Requests
No guarantees can be given on who your child's teacher will be for the
coming school year.
Classmate Requests
We are unable to take classmate requests.
